OVERVIEW
Aphrodite is an odyssey of art and fashion. Our concept centres around a gallery design in fashion, fine craft and visual art. A section of our space is dedicated to an evolving collection of fine art carefully curated to intertwine with stories and seasons and to present to you some of the finest artists in Atlantic Canada. At Aphrodite we aim to transcend conventional models of boutiques and galleries recognizing that great creative minds are expressed in clothing and jewellery design, finely crafted materials and visual art in its many mediums including painting, photography and sculpture. Traditionally these creative disciplines are seen as mutually exclusive but we believe in mutual harmony instead. Our goal is to bring you a phantasmagoria of visual delights to inspire and motivate and to take you out of the ordinary into a new realm of perception in which you can actively participate.
