SHAKING CONVENTIONS
Our first big fall show at the Old Barn Gallery on September 29 was a great success! We had a terrific turnout on a glorious fall day and raised several hundred dollars for Arts and Health Antigonish. It gave us at Aphrodite a perfect opportunity to showcase our new fall fashions beautifully modelled by staff members Laura Donnachie, Mary Connoly and Joan MacDonald. Guest models were Cori MacInnis, Linda Benoit, Helene Amiable, Virginia Scruggs and Patricia Gaines. Jean Pearcey took all of the lovely photos. PS. We are proving that age has no limits. In the picture above one is over 80 years old, one is over 70, three are over 60, two are in their late 50s, one is almost 30 and one is under 25. Can you figure it out? 🙂

This was the occasion we chose to launch our new collection of Peter Bauer jewellery that is now prominently featured in our jewellery gallery. If you see an outift or an item you might be interested in purchasing just give us a call and we can give you details over the phone or by email. We also ship worldwide. Looking forward to seeing you at Aphrodite in the near future!
Great photos – Jean did a wonderful job as photographer – if she was having trouble with her flash , you’d never know by the results. As always, you put together a great report and slide show. So much fun, maybe IF I get asked another time, I’ll be more comfortable “vogueing”! Big hugs, Va
No IF’s about the next time. You were gorgeous in everything you wore. Until next year. And yes Jean is Jeanious! We had a blast! THANKS!
Great Show ! Outstanding job, Tiiu & Co !!! 🙂
…
Helene is the most inspired model, to my mind. She is specially inimitable in the Joseph Ribkoff. … and in dress by Periphery, and in … everything. Yeah!
Helene’s performance made my day !
