We’ve all heard that it takes a community to raise a child. It also takes a community to sustain a healthy downtown core. Now that Aphrodite has been in business in Antigonish for almost two years we’ll be very grateful to get your feedback on how we’re doing. We start our fall buying early next month and your comments will help us make the best decisions. If you return your comments by January 25 then we’ll be armed and ready. The good news is that sales are strong but we still have lots to learn about you and what we can be doing to better satisfy your needs. Instead of asking you to complete a typical questionnaire we’d like to take a more organic approach and ask you to give us your real comments on the attached Word document questionnaire. If you have no thoughts on some of them just answer N/A. Just open, download and save the document. To answer, place your cursor under each question and type your answer and save again. Then email the document back to me at tpoder@baseatlantic.ca with the document attached. If you prefer to handwrite your anwers then print the document and write away and return it by mail or in person. Any form of reply is greatly appreciated – anonymous or not. We just want to hear what you have to tell us so we can be our best and make you – our customer – blissfully happy. Here goes:
