APHRODITE

I arrived in Yarmouth Thursday afternoon where I was met at the Grand Rodd Hotel by my good friends Shirley and John Nickerson. We got everything set up for our opening at 6 pm and now we are going strong. Finally – some beautiful weather – in these parts the buds are on the trees and the Magnolia is blooming. Yarmouth is a beautiful little town that I’m just getting to know. The splendid architecture heralds an era when Yarmouth was a major seaport – and in another week the Nova Star will be landing on the shores from Portland Maine with her first load of visitors from eastern US seaboard. We’ll be here until Saturday – and hoping to share early Mother’s Day wishes with everyone.
