We’re having a lot of fun getting ready for Christmas; decorating, organizing new merchandise and helping our valued clients find the perfect gift or Christmas outfit. Meet our helpers…..

Even the men showed up to find gifts for their wives at our recent Men’s Night hosted by Dr. John Hamilton.
We’re playing Christmas movies on our TV and now we’re on full rotation of Christmas music including the amazing new CD by Measha Brueggergosman that I bought at her concert in Guysborough. Wow!!!
This Saturday the beautiful and talented Clare Bridge will be at the shop with an extended collection of her stunning sculpted jewellery and to talk about it.
Maura is making shortbread cookies – using Sledding Hill Lavender sugar and a savory one with their Chile Lemon Sugar. Come in and have a taste this Saturday.
Next Tuesday my beautiful daughter Dana will be home for Christmas. She needs a rest but that won’t stop me from having her at the store to help out and greet all of you. This is her ….before her hair cut.
If you’re in the town of Pictou be sure to drop in to The Olde Foundry Fashion Outlet, 104 Front Street, this weekend where you’ll be greeted by the delightful owners and dear friends of mine – Irene Szabla and Rob Christie. And enjoy great bargains up to 75% off.
It’s great fun seeing our customers in the store and out and about dressed in Aphrodite Chic. We love seeing you all!
Aphrodite is a good place to be as Christmas fast approaches. We’re open every weekday until 9 right up until December 24 when we will close at 4. We’re also open this Sunday from 12 – 5. We’re enjoying this wonderful season to the fullest. Come and join us.
Just going over all the photos and articles. what can I say? Its all so positive and wonderful to see and read about. Tiiu, you are so modest! Where you could easily have been in many photos, you just choose to be in one or two, and of course one set aside for Harry. When we next connect, I will outline my own plans for the Holiday season and mostly focused on the garden, including multiple illumination, lights in the pond and stream, a large Christmas tree with lights, and the icing on the cake being electric trains running throughout the garden. Plus I also play music as a side line……I have been told I am good at this. Daniel
