SPRING!

 Spring is a time of renewal. We’ve had a hard winter and technically it’s almost over. Spring started Friday, March 20! Snow – you have really gone a bit far this year don’t you think? You can stay for a little bit longer – we don’t want to be rude, but really – do you have no limits??? Our hearts and minds are aching for budding leaves, green grass, bright colours bursting from the earth and the sounds of the open ocean surf.

Already days are longer and spirits are getting brighter. The anticipation of what awaits us is the elixir that feeds our souls. It’s time to cast off the doldrums, the lethargy and other seasonal disorders that edge into our spirits after too much cold and darkness. Hello world! We’re back to renew ourselves as well.

SATURDAY, MARCH 21: The first full day of SPRING!

There will be bunny rabbits hopping about the store and birds chirping in the birch trees. Well maybe not really – but we will have cupcakes and tea waiting for you as we welcome you to the season. Come in for a free fashion consultation Saturday and throughout the week. We’ll show you how to get the most mileage out of your spring wardrobe.

FRIDAY, MARCH 27: OUR FIRST SPRING FASHION SHOW

Join us for some wine and cheese and an in-store fashion show to kick off the season. Our party begins at 6 pm and the fashion show will start at 7. Show up in your best spring colours and we’ll take some happy photos for our spring blog.

 SUNDAY, MARCH 29: HANG OUT WITH US ALL DAY

We are going to open the store from 12 noon until 5 pm so you can get in some extra hours of kicking about and trying on new stuff to see how it looks on you. We’re good at telling you what might work best – you just need to ask. Just come and have fun.

 THE REST OF SPRING: We are planning some other very cool events with the downtown business merchants. Lots more to come.
