Perfumes of Peace Holiday Event with 7 Virtues CEO, Barb Stegemann
Barb Stegemann will be home for Christmas on December 19th at Aphrodite Art & Fashion at 292 Main Street, Antigonish for noon and evening book signings and to present her 7Virtues line of fragrances. The fragrances made with essential oils from nations rebuilding was ranked the Top Game Changer in the history of CBC’s Dragons Den on Dec 5th. The same day the Antigonish native was named one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada WXN.
“I am really exited to be back home and can’t wait to catch up with friends from school and neighbours,” says Stegemann. “We were raised in a community influenced by the Coady Institute, so my work in trade with nations rebuilding is very much a reflection of the values of our community in empowering others through economic development.”
The 7 Virtues fragrance collection is exclusive to The Bay across Canada, Lord & Taylor in NYC and Air Canada on Board Duty Free.
“We were getting so many requests from our customers in Antigonish for the 7 Virtues fragrances after Dragons’ Den that I decided to reach out to Barb Stegemann through her father, Marv Robbins,” says Tiiu Poder, owner/manager of Aphrodite. “Barb explained the exclusivity deal with her department stores but agreed to do a one day only in-store event and is giving away a free signed book with each fragrance purchase!”
Starting December 11, Aphrodite will have tester fragrances in store for customers to pop by and pick their favourite and even place an order. Then on Dec 19th Stegemann will be in the store for book signings and a brief talk on her brilliant journey.
